Begin with a clean, makeup-free complexion. Activate the massager with a counter-clockwise turn on the rounded end. Angle the T-bar against your face and gently smooth it upwards and outwards across your face. For the jawline and chin, smooth the bar down and towards the neck. Five to ten to minutes is the ideal amount of time, but take all the time you need (or can spare).
